1. About IncomeLab

IncomeLab (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is an online education platform at incomelab.app that provides courses, tools, and AI-assisted coaching about online business models. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. No income guarantees

IncomeLab provides education, not financial advice and not a job. Earnings figures shown in the Service (projected earnings, member results, examples) are illustrative and depend entirely on your own effort, skills, market conditions, and circumstances. Many people earn nothing. You are solely responsible for the business decisions you make, including any costs you incur pursuing a business model. We make no guarantee of income or results of any kind.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• IncomeLab Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly ($19/month) or annually ($149/year).
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are unhappy within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
• Prices may change; we will notify you before any change affects your renewal.

5. Content and license

All course content, software, and branding in the Service belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share course content.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you post (community posts, notes, exercise answers). You grant us a license to host and display it within the Service. Do not post anything illegal, harassing, deceptive (including fake income claims), or that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. AI features

The AI mentor and AI tools generate content automatically. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation — verify anything important before acting on it. AI output is provided “as is” and is not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

8. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without written permission.
• No attempts to circumvent payment, rate limits, or access controls.
• No use of the Service to promote scams, pyramid schemes, or illegal activity.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability) survive.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law and contact
